DescriptionBulbous-bodied cream pot with an everted pouring lip and set atop of a circular foot. Four bands of triple beading, composed of a course of large beads in between two courses of smaller beads, bookend and divide the height of the piece. Its scrolling handle carries simplified furls and panels of broad fluting.InscribedFront of the body engraved with the Tucker family crest of a lion's paw holding a battle axe, over a "T" in sprigged script.
MarkingsBottom of body struck with "G.EOFF" in relief within a rectangle, "J.H.CONNOR" in relief within a serrated rectangle, "S" below a star in relief within an oval, and a group of three imitation British hallmarks.
