DescriptionBottle case containing twelve green glass bottles (2-13)Rectangular case with lapped and nailed construction and hinged lid, painted green; iron bail handles attached to sides of case, keyhole in center, top of front board and iron lock mortised into rear of same; lid hinged on short iron strap hinges; lid has short flat board attached to front edge and to underside of side edges to enclose top of case when closed; interior has thin partitions with space for 12 bottles.
InscribedIndecipherable chalk marks on underside of lid.
